FAQs
IntelXAs part of FS-ISAC’s mission to improve our member experience, we are updating the products and services we offer and the way our members engage with FS-ISAC.
The Intelligence Exchange is the new platform for members to utilize our services and collaborate with their fellow members. This will allow quicker, seamless access to all FS-ISAC’s capabilities, while also providing more control and customization of your engagement with FS-ISAC. This initial release will include three main components: Intelligence Exchange (our overarching platform), Share (our intelligence sharing app), and Connect (secure chat app).
If you had an account for the FS-ISAC Portal, you will automatically be provisioned an account. If you are a member and would like an account but have not been provisioned one, please reach out to your membership POC at your firm. To find out who your POC is, please email memberquestions@fsisac.com.
Organizations joining FS-ISAC for the first time will have an account automatically provisioned to their primary POC. From there, the primary POC will request other members of their team be given access. If a member, new or existing, would like an account or would like to update their access, they should reach out to their primary POC. If unaware of who the POC is, please email memberquestions@fsisac.com.
Once a user’s account for FS-ISAC Intelligence Exchange is created, they will receive a welcome email from the platform with an invite to set up credentials and access the appropriate services. The link in the welcome email will lead directly to the URL for the Intelligence Exchange. We recommend that users bookmark this location as it is a different URL from the old FS-ISAC portal.
The Intelligence Exchange is powered by Okta and the email will come from an Okta domain. FS-ISAC Intelligence Exchange will require the use of Google Authenticator or Okta Verify.
The Intelligence Exchange is the total new member experience, which includes the app Share. Share is the replacement for the old FS-ISAC Portal.
Once Share goes live, you will no longer be able to access the FS-ISAC Portal.
You must create a login for the Intelligence Exchange (you will receive directions via email). Then you will be able to log in via single sign-on to Share.
For issues with signing in, multi-factor authentication, application access, etc. reach out to your organization's FS-ISAC point of contact or FS-ISAC Admin. If you don't know your organization's point of contact, email memberquestions@fsisac.com.
Usability and efficiency were top priorities in our re-design of the member experience.
Key benefits:
-
Integration: our new platforms are connected, which allows automated intelligence to flow more efficiently to and from members.
-
Ease of outreach: members will now be able to reach each other directly so they can connect quickly in a crisis.
-
Self-service: users will be able to customize alerts and notifications to ensure they’re getting only the relevant information they need, when they need it.
