Join colleagues from across the Americas region on 1 March 2026 for a half-day in-person, strategic tabletop exercise. This exercise is hosted in conjunction with the 2026 Americas Spring Summit, but registration is separate. The exercise targets those working in business continuity, resilience and incident response.
In recent years, dependence on undersea or ocean floor cables for communications has grown, and a disruption to these critical data paths poses major impacts on our sector. The exercise calls upon participants’ knowledge of established plans for mitigating risks associated with business continuity and resilience utility use of underwater cables.
This increasingly common, challenging scenario – poses potential for systemic risk, financial risk to your individual firm and shareholders, brand crisis, partner – your participants will need to act quickly to prioritize the intelligence you are receiving, and, with a systemic threat in play, collaborate with other firms to manage and mitigate risk at both micro and macro levels.
Space is limited and you must pre-register for the exercise. If you will attend the 2026 Americas Spring Summit, please register for that event here.
Participants are encouraged to check-in, enjoy the casual provided lunch, and mingle with fellow participants.
