Join FS-ISAC for a Critical Provider Briefing
Software security has entered a new asymmetric normal. Frontier AI can now accelerate vulnerability discovery, exploit reasoning, and defensive analysis faster than traditional enterprise security and patching processes were designed to absorb. For financial services institutions, the implication is clear: this is not just a product security issue for technology vendors; it is a shared resilience challenge across vendors, customers, and the enterprise environments that connect them.
In this session, F5 leaders will share what we learned from adapting to that reality as both a product company and an enterprise operator. We will cover how AI changed the way we find, triage, validate, and remediate issues in our own code; what worked and what broke in the first cycles; and why signal quality, engineer trust, release cadence, runtime protection, and disclosure design matter as much as model capability. We will also discuss how customer conversations with financial services organizations shaped our approach, especially where patch timing, auditability, change windows, and operational risk collide.
The session will close with practical questions FS-ISAC members can take back to their own security, engineering, procurement, and vendor management teams: what should you now expect from critical technology providers, and what should you be prepared to change inside your own enterprise?
