FS-ISAC APAC Sector Exercise 2026
Join FS-ISAC's interactive 2-hour sector-wide exercise for financial services professionals across the Asia-Pacific region. Through a realistic cyber and operational resilience scenario, participants will explore decision-making under uncertainty, cross-functional coordination, shared dependency risk, and maintaining operations during a significant sector-wide disruption.
Participants will remain in role as their own organisation and collaborate with peers from across the financial sector while working through a dynamic scenario that evolves from an emerging cyber threat into a broader operational resilience challenge.
Participants can choose from one of three breakout streams:
- Business Resilience & Crisis Management – crisis leadership, operational resilience, critical business services, stakeholder engagement and executive decision-making.
- Cyber Security & Technology – incident response, recovery, vulnerability management, technology resilience and third-party dependencies.
- Intelligence & Information Sharing – threat intelligence, situational awareness, sector coordination, information sharing and executive reporting.
This exercise is designed for professionals across business resilience, crisis management, cyber security, security operations, technology and IT, threat intelligence, incident response, risk management, fraud, compliance, legal, communications, and executive leadership functions.
The exercise will explore sector coordination, operational resilience, third-party and fourth-party dependencies, intelligence sharing, and executive decision-making during complex and evolving disruptions affecting the financial services ecosystem.
