Summit Chair
Debbie Janeczek - Chief Information Security Officer, ING
Debbie Janeczek is the Global Chief Information Security Officer for ING since January 2025, where she drives the bank’s worldwide security strategy to protect critical assets, enable secure digital transformation, and stay ahead of an increasingly complex threat landscape.
Before joining ING, Debbie served as Chief Security Officer at SWIFT, where she led the global security organization responsible for protecting critical financial market infrastructure. Previously, she was a Technology Executive at Wells Fargo, leading Cyber Threat Management to strengthen enterprise resilience against cyber threats. Her earlier leadership roles include Director of Information Security at Twilio, overseeing cloud, enterprise, and product security as well as vulnerability management, and Director of Cyber Threat Intelligence at American Express.
Debbie is a Board Member of FS‑ISAC, has taught as an adjunct instructor at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, and held senior national security roles at the NSA, USCYBERCOM, NGA, and DIA. She began her career as an active‑duty U.S. Navy Intelligence Officer, serving in Afghanistan and Iraq.
Marc Andries
Marc Andries is the DORA Joint oversight Director for the European Supervisory Authorities leading the new mandate for the oversight of critical ICT providers to the European financial sector. He previously worked for the French supervisory authority and has extensive experience in ICT risk and payment security in international settings.
