The Call for Presentations closes 2 June

Our first Summit in Europe since 2019 will bring together hundreds of experts and leaders from the financial sector across Europe, Middle East, and Africa for three days of learning, information sharing, and networking. Come to the Summit for exciting and informative presentations, workshops, and panels on topics relevant to securing the global financial services industry, including cyber threat intelligence, insider threat, information security risk, vulnerability management, and fraud.

Attendance is free for FS-ISAC members and venue details are provided upon registration.

Important Guidelines

  • Financial firm members may submit as an individual or in collaboration with a financial firm colleague. If the session includes a vendor that vendor company will need to submit the session as a sponsored session.
  • Vendors/Solution Providers (Sponsors) may submit as an individual or in collaboration with a financial firm however, there is a sponsor fee for these sessions. Vendors must submit as a Platinum, Gold, Innovative Showcase, or Silver Solutions Showcase sponsor session. Often, the Content Committee will rank vendor sessions higher that include a co-presenter from a financial firm. The speaker should be a security expert. Vendors may submit an Innovative Showcase or Silver Solutions Showcase session for product demonstration.
  • Other organizations such as government agencies, trade groups, or financial sector stakeholders that are not financial firm members or vendors may submit as an individual or in collaboration with a relevant firm or colleague.
  • Review and Acceptance Process: The FS-ISAC Content Committee comprised of members and staff reviews the submissions to design a curated and cohesive agenda. The presentation deck and materials are reviewed during this process. Submitters will receive an acceptance or decline letter on 6 July. Due to the expected high number of submissions received for this event, not every session can be accepted. The Content Committee will provide feedback on accepted submissions and the presenter must meet the milestone deadlines to ensure a successful presentation. 

Session and Submission Information

  • A full DRAFT presentation deck and all supporting materials (videos, supporting research citing's, polling placeholders, etc.) are required.
  • All speaker details including name, title, phone, email, and biography will need to be submitted along with the Event Manager's contact information.
  • Presentation decks and materials are by default TLP-Amber, available to all registered attendees.

PLATINUM SESSION | $46,500

30-minute general session with an executive thought leader presenting on a topic or issue of relevance to an audience functionally responsible for protection, resilience, mitigation, and recovery. Use Europe CFP to submit. No sales bias.

45-minute concurrent session led by an expert executive presenting on a current or top-of-mind subject. Consider including one of your client practitioners to join you to further connect with audience (session remains sponsored and fee applies). Use Europe CFP to submit. No sales bias.

8-minute presentation on the main stage during Tuesday luncheon. This lightning-round set of presentations features “visioning” the future of sector protection, resilience, and recovery. What technology or other innovation will transform asset protection operations, overcome cyber challenges, or harden defenses. Use Europe CFP to submit. No sales bias.

SOLUTIONS HALL

BRONZE | $15,000

Set your booth space in the Solutions Hall for product demos, meet attendees or catch up with clients. Refreshment breaks and receptions are held in the Hall - your staff can catch some sessions and still be productive lead generators when the Hall is hopping. Option to participate as a Booth Crawl vendor (option to add food and beverage during event is at cost).

Prices are quoted and must be paid in USD and may be subject to VAT.

All sponsorship payment is due upon receipt and must be paid in full no later than 30 July. If not paid in full by that date, pre-event opt-in list will be withheld.
