Before joining AXA, Olivier Nautet served as Group Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at BNP Paribas, where he led strategic initiatives in IT risk management, cybersecurity, and resilience. Olivier was responsible for initiating and implementing the Group’s cyber risk management framework and establishing best-practice policies adopted across all entities. Currently, Olivier also chairs the Information Systems Working Group at the French Banking Federation.

Prior to that, Olivier held various leadership roles within BNP Paribas, including positions within the International Retail Business Unit, the Group’s Internal Audit (Inspection Générale), and as Deputy CIO in the Corporate and Institutional Banking division, overseeing global markets activities. His multidisciplinary background has given him operational, risk, and technology perspectives across diverse business lines. Olivier started his career abroad in 1998, after studying in England and France, and spent five years in IT security management consulting and auditing at KPMG.
