MacKenzie Durnovich is the Cyber Security Operations Executive at Bank of America. She leads the team responsible for protecting the company and its clients against cybersecurity threats. Her global team operates 24x7x365 through Cyber Threat Operation Centers in multiple regions, ensuring continuous threat detection, monitoring, response and recovery capabilities to safeguard the bank’s systems, data and digital identities.

MacKenzie currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Financial Services Information Sharing and Analysis Center (FS-ISAC), a global not-for-profit organization dedicated to advancing cybersecurity and resilience across the financial sector.

In her more than 15 years of financial services’ experience, MacKenzie has held a variety of leadership roles in Global Information Security at Bank of America. She holds a degree in Supply Chain Management and Political Science from Arizona State University. Based in Charlotte, MacKenzie lives with her husband, their two sons and their dog.
