Amy Geiger serves as Truist’s Chief Security Officer (CSO) and leads Truist Protection Services (TPS), the enterprise organization responsible for protecting Truist, its clients, and teammates through integrated cybersecurity, fraud, identity, and security technology capabilities. With more than two decades of experience across financial services and consulting, she has built and led high-performing teams that identify, evaluate, manage, and communicate risk at the enterprise level.

Since joining Truist in April 2025, Amy has helped unify security functions that historically operated independently into a coordinated ecosystem with clear outcomes, ownership, and decision rights. By cultivating a shared North Star, she established a continuous planning approach to adapt to a rapidly changing threat and regulatory environment while executing predictably. Her work focuses on connecting intelligence and coordinated execution across cybersecurity, fraud, identity, and authentication; reducing exploitable exposure; improving secure, low-friction experiences; and scaling protection through automation and advanced technologies.

Prior to joining Truist, Amy held executive leadership roles at JPMorgan Chase, Huntington National Bank, and Accenture. Her leadership philosophy is grounded in courage, accountability, and growth - developing future leaders and fostering a collaborative, purpose-driven culture aligned to Truist’s mission to inspire and build better lives and communities.

Amy earned her B.S. in Business Administration from Miami (OH) University and her MBA from The Ohio State University. She resides in Columbus, OH.
